Seeing all these Saiko stuff makes me wonder why they didn't pull a MGS4 reference, basically she grapples you from behind and the quick time thing appears, and if you don't resist you get a peck on the cheek.
She can jump on the players back if non aggressive to slow them down- I believe she eventually captures the player if they stand still but I've never seen it happen.

That being said, I think Saiko should get more activities for her "yandere" side when you are face-to-face. Like prostrating for a hug, tilting for -gire if you don't, allowing her free potshot or two if she is faking and greatly increasing her dere stance if you accept, with penalty being essentially rooted for a time being (With possible option to give her a makeshift gift of sort to "buy" your freedom and save time). Or playing tic-tac-toe for parts of code. Or being incited to follow her in some sort of "point of interest" by offering you a hand and softly pulling you towards it if you accept, with set of POI rewarding you with something, like squeezing extra lemon tea on kitchen. But it can be a mickey slip as well.
i think i get something , when she goes into yangire . she dosent feel anything that harms her after she comes back to the yandere she is feeling the glass shard so she takes it off nice details...nice
The part where she pulled the glass from her foot gave me chills. It shows she can feel pain, but even that doesn't get in the way of her going after you. Maybe it's just me but I thought that was very creepy.

I think that when you bring out the bad ending, the one in which Saiko kills Akira/Sempai, she after killing him commits suicide, after doing such a thing started first to have the boy she loved and then kill him in the process... Why go ahead with so much guilt? I only feel sorry and sadness for Saiko in all this.
