This is absolutely my favorite arrangement I've heard of this tune, the chiptune sounds so satisfying to listen to, the little flourishes you've added add so much energy and pep to the tune, and the little extension to the last part of the melody's just *chef's kiss* you added to this song in all the right ways and only the right ways, really good stuff!!
if I had a nickel for every cover of this song I've heard that was in the style of Mega Man Perfect Blue, I'd have two nickels. which isn't a lot, but it's still weird it happened twice. (the other one is by kawashin)
