Hi Bharat! I tried this recipe and turned out awesome, I am not sure how to attach pic in comment. Otherwise everyone would able to see. Only thing I didn't do was marinating Paneer part. I did sprinkle little bit of besan after dahi part. I made it night before my party
So by the time tomorrow it will be nicely set all the masalas. I love your recipes and the amount of pressure you put for sauting onions. It took me almost 2.5 hrs to make for 10 people but it was worth it. Keep sharing. Thank you once again.

Sir, I tried your oil free chhole, they were really awesome.. in this recipe, if we keep the marinated paneer in oven by greasing the tray for 10 minutes so that all the marination gets sticked and cooked... Then we can fry it...in this way the marination stuff will not get departed from paneer..
