well done video. Thanks for showing all the service. 1. Valve cover gasket 2. Fuel injectors cleaning 3. Intake manifold cleaning 4. Spark Plugs and coils 5. Engine Oil change 6. Coolant Flush and replacement 7. Transmission Oil and filter change Maybe next time doing the differential and transfer case fluid change, Hydraulic power steering fluid change and Brake fluid change. Great video> Thanks for sharing Im looking to find video on changing out front and rear control arms and shock struts replacement. No air.
My apologies mate, I just did the front and rear differential fluid changes without taking a video. It's not the appropriate channel to put videos. This is just my personal account. I also didn't take footage in a proper way. If people find this useful maybe I'll post more content in the future.
Wow, you covered a lot in this video. Nice work! This job would easily cost several thousands of dollars at a US repair shop. What was the procedure for cleaning the injectors?
Hey, My apologies for the delay in responding. TREG 2 doesn't support modifying only PCV valve diaphragms. After a few weeks, the valve started leaking again, so I had to replace the whole valve cover, which cost me about 1500 DHM. The service includes valve cover replacement 1500, coolant flush 200, engine oil change 245, transmission oil change 850, fuel injector o ring replacement 250 without any labor.
Hello, what is your average fuel consumption before and after? My car is very hungry and I am thinking about cleaning like this. I think would reduce the fuel consumption.
Hello, before the service I was getting around 6.9L/100KM, after it I am getting 7.2L/100KM. However, when I cleaned the trottele pedals inside the electronic board I noticed that there were some pins that were not in contact. After the service I was able to achieve 8.6L/100KM economy and throttle response. I don't know if it was the correct number, but for me, it made a difference.
Is 8.2km/liter? Seems like a lot of improvement. Im using touareg 7p the generation after this, however having similar drivetrain. Would it be possible to further chat with you to asked some details of the service. Btw, that is next level outstanding service job you did there
Did you have problems with the thin vacuum hoses on the intake manifold? My hoses started to break in pieces at the moment to take the intake manifold out. I'm a little lost now where the news goes connected. 😓
Yes, I had the same problem. New hoses were too expensive so I bent some break lines and put some rubber hose in front. It's been a year now and I haven't had any problems.
@@Mridhome yes, they are pretty expensive just for small hoses. Were you able to clean the farther valves? I did but it wasn't an easy job even though I used walnut blasting.
We were tired of the same old dump mechanics, so we started doing it ourselves at home, and we are very happy with the results. It runs smoothly now without any issues at all.

Congratulations Fantastic job.
In order to perform coolant flushes and other maintenance as shown in the video, you just have to jack up and put the standup if necessary.
I have a 2018 Passat GT with the 3.6. I see that you are using 10w40. Could you mention exactly why you are using that weight of oil? I’m interested.
Kudos to you bruv amazing, how much it cost to buy the PCV valve here in UAE? Or how much total cost to do this service?

@@Mridhomethank you for the reply brother, i wonder who is your mechanic he seems really good😊
How did you take out the fuel injector. I was trying and they disassembled and the tip are stuck inside the cilinder head
@@miguelpernalete The fuel rail first needs to be removed, then we jiggle and pull back at the same time, gradually releasing it.
Question. Did you put the Carrier Lock in service position when you made this service?
awesome ! thank you !!!!
