In the global world, some children consume most of their time by using their smartphones. While there are some negative effects of using smartphones, I believe that, children should not spend too much time by using smartphones. There are several points that I can mention about spending time on smartphones. Technological devices create such a virtual environmental world that children may think that spending time on smartphones is a real world. In addition, this mislead children to spend excessive time of using smartphone everyday. In other words, smartphones make children addictive. One research shows that, using the cutting-edge smartphones make children to spend less time and effort compared to not using them. So, children are more likely to spend most of their time by playing games or doing their homeworks on their smartphones. On the other hand, there are number of negative developments can be expressed. Firstly, children exposure a lot of rays that cannot be seen by human eyes. This can damage children’ health in long run. Secondly, smartphones keep children busy. One survey showed that, 65% of children who spend so much time using smartphones everyday effect their daily routin such things as brushing teeth or making bed. And finally, looking at a screen whole day disrupt children’ both social life at school and home. For example, children may face problems to express themselves clearly and this lead to change their acts. To conclude, even though cell-phones have positive impacts on children, I believe that there are much more negative impacts on both children’ physical and mental health. this gets 6.5?
you said in the first it should be one statement negative or possitive and should not be both but in the essay there are postive and negative statement are we supposed to write both or just one
when the task 2 essay is either Positive /negative development OR agree/disagree type of essays. Shall we stick to one side only in both paragraphs, or we shall present both sides regardless of our final opinion. for example: I had a test which asked: Nowadays teenagers refuse to listen to their parents advice, is it good or bad thing? and I chose to say the eventually it is bad thing. do I need to represent both sides of the argument (one paragraph for bad and one paragraph for good). or both paragraphs ideas should be how this is a bad thing?
