As Per Indian THE COPYRIGHT ACT, 1957 (ACT NO. 14 OF 1957) Section 52 Which deals with acts which are not to be infringement of copyright states as follows, quoted below - 52. Certain acts not to be infringement of copyright.- (1) The following acts shall not constitute an infringement of copyright, namely,- 4[(a) a fair dealing with any work, not being a computer programme, for the purposes of-
(ii) criticism or review, whether of that work or of any other work;
As per this criticism or review, whether of that work or of any other work; will not be considered infringement of copy right. This fair use is permitted as per the COPYRIGHT ACT, 1957 (ACT NO. 14 OF 1957) Section 52.
