Well, Actually i do wish they did that. But Sonic Actually Cried before Shadow Approached Him. But As we all saw Nine already left. And Since Sonic Doesn't want to be Seen Weak i guess he hides his Emotions and Bottle them up.
I wanted this too but they didn't i love sonic prime this would've been emotional abd awesome

If someone writes comics about the second side, about nine what he will think about Sonic and making friends that's will be interesting... for me, "you play a beautiful game, but sometimes you still lose." Damien was right. Everyone lost everything, and this is a sad thing

Since the creation of the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, for years, we have witnessed over and over again the great and legendary friendship between Sonic and Tails💙💛. And there, finally, their friendly relationship is put to the point of fighting to achieve their complementary opposite goals (Well I know, it's not really Tails but since Sonic loves Nine as much as the real Tails and their relationship is almost identical, therefore...) .
It may be horrible of me to say this but I had been hoping for so many years for an official fight, or even a "Sonic vs Tails" final fight, where Sonic would be faced with his most difficult fight to pull off and his worst fear: fighting, reluctantly, his best friend, whom he loves more than anything in the world.
You imagine? The final battle of Sonic Prime: Sonic VS Nine, where Sonic will have to fight his own emotions and affection for his friend in order to defeat him and save the Shatterverse. If that happens, I have a feeling it will be the most epic battle in Sonic the Hedgehog history.

Hey!, ponte también en el lado de nine, el no quería dejar de existir, ni ser olvidado. Si sonic restauraba su mundo nine iba a dejar de existir, y el no quería eso, en la escena final se le veía muy preocupado y con miedo, pero dejó las cosas claras con sonic. Aquí los dos tuvieron algo de culpa, shadow advirtió a sonic de no confiar en nine pero soni hizo todo lo contrario. También me siento mal por sonic, y shadow también porque se le veía que de verdad quería arreglar green hills

(At the Conductor Room, after the arms sent the others to the room they stationed while Sonic and Barry are in the Dining Room)
Tails: (Kate Higgins) You just don’t know what is like to be the fan girl of the hero.
Amy Rose: (Lisa Ortiz) Yes I do.
Tails: Huh?
Amy: What do you think I don’t know? I know who he is. It’s the same to Knuckles, Cream, Shadow, Rouge, Blaze, Sliver and everyone. They all know how I feel. I know that. Because I like him. I even saw him when we first met in Never Lake. I don’t blame him for this. I just don’t know when to relax. I thought that no matter where he is, I could always be in him. I even proof that to him during the battle on the Egg Carrier. But, the thing is I was the one who chased him for years. I been trying to tell me something, that I want him to know that he’s the most beautiful, fantastic, fastest hedgehog in the world. Even after all, I just want everyone I know to understand me. And Sonic, well, did you believe that you aren’t the only one who tried to calm me? They try to warm me too. But again, I was too silly to listen. I didn’t want to believe that the Mirage Express is capable to do such a thing. You and Barry were right. It’s all my fault. I let Eggman won. I’ve let everyone down. I’ve let Sonic down because of me! If I had listened to him, it wouldn’t be like this! If I had listened to you, I would have a perfect party! I’m not the birthday girl! I’m just a silly little hedgehog! I made the worst decision ever! I’m sorry, Tails! (Crying)
Narrator: And she begin to cry. Tails can see she’s sad. He feels sorry for Amy. He touch her shoulder and hug her.
Tails: Amy, it’s not your fault. It’s Eggman’s and the Train. I know you’re not silly. Sonic and I would never let you down because we’re friends. We even been best friends since our adventure on West Side Island. He would never hate you because I trust him. I know Sonic will come. We’ll find a way to stop the train together as a team. I promise.
Narrator: This made Amy feel much better.

I AGREED WITH SHOWDOW AT THE BEGANING AN KNEW THAT NINE WAS ALWAYS THE FAKE FRIENDS
So I watched the third season of Sonic Prime when it came out I really wish that they would put this in there or something close to this but no they put one of the most repetitive annoying boss battles in Sonic pretty much all the different variations of this scene have always all made me cry but I too wish that Nine had those emotions that Sonic had butt butt Sonic was just trying to get through it at him and not actually fighting and Sonic was just overpowered in the third season with the Grim shield and platforms so it took the all of the tension out of the battle in my opinion. By the way love the video and the voice acting
Maybe have Sonic snap at Shadow and call him a self righteous hypocrite and point that Shadow (technically) did nothing to stop Sonic from shattering the prisim or stop Nine from taking the shards or say "this wouldn't have happened if I arrived on time to help my friends fight Eggman. But I didn't because of you Shadow, you just had to attack me on my way to help my friends while you stand there high and mighty thinking you did nothing wrong.

I can’t believe I was so silly to think Sonic was playing, but I never realise it was like this. I can’t believe your birthday is ruined. We even let Mario get kidnapped because it’s brother care him. And Dark Bowser’s got the Master Emerald. But tell me, what do you think that you like Sonic? You just don’t know what is like to be the one who cares of her hero.
Amy Rose: (Lisa Oritz) Yes I do.
Tails: Huh?
Amy: I know who he is. Same to Mario, Knuckles, Luigi, Peach, Ralph, Bowser, Eggman, they’re all different. I like him because he likes me. I know that. With thier lives and fantastic adventures to trust me. I don’t blame him for this. I thought that no matter a place or location where I find him, I could always count on him. I even proof that to him during the battle on the Egg Carrier. But the truth is: I’m just a girl who always chase him in the past years. I just wanted to tell him something. Even after all, I just make things worse for him. And Luigi, well, can you believe that you’re not the only one who trust him. He and his brother try to tell me something too. But then, I was too silly to listen. I didn’t know that the Dark Star wants more power than himself. I just wanted to show the train that it’s just messed with the wrong girl. You and Luigi are right. I’m not the birthday girl. I’m just a silly hedgehog with her stupid hammer. I’m not good as you or Sonic. I just made worse decisions of all. It’s my fault! If I had listened to him, I would know better than him, if I had listened to you, I would save everything. But I didn’t! I let you down! I let Sonic down! What the silly hedgehog am I! (Crying)
Narrator: And she begins to cry. Tails look at her. He felt sorry for Amy. He touched her shoulder. Amy stop crying. Tails hugs her.

I watched Sonic Prim all episodes few months ago, but WHY THEY DIDN'T PUT THIS IN ?? 10/10. Great story.
They are a love couple.
i wish they add this in season 3 of sonic prime it would make everyone in the feels when i first watch this it made me cry in a good way

I love Prime's animation. But I really, really hate how Sonic is portrayed as an arrogant full-of-it.
Sonic is someone who is free like the wind, and he encourages his friends to be themselves as well.
Prime puts Sonic in the worst light possible. Acting so smug and insensitive to others. That's not Sonic at all.
Why make him go through this kind of stress he never need?
Even since Sonic meet Shadow in the void, Shadow has been continuously reminding Sonic of his mistake. A mistake he CLEARLY REGRETS. He does not need to be reminded of what he already remembered.
