Sir your hindi is very pure felt like that this kind of Hindi is from UP. I wanted to recommend this channel to my south indian friends cause most of them dont understand hindi and they are hesitant to watch hindi videos because of the language conflict. Only thing I wanted to tell as an viewer . Please add english subtitles option on all the videos so that all the south indian friends can watch it and learn the basic concepts of economics. Your explanation is fab seriously since i am from hindi speaking family i understand your explanation but yes this feedback is for to help my south indian friends because they are facing difficulty in coping this subject

I am a bit confused.
Yess, it is a part of cost pull inflation. But it can cause demand pull inflation too, cause see, when wages are rising, the labours are left with more disposible income to spend causing an increase in the consumption spending. So consumption will increase the aggregate demand in the economy, which further causes demand pull inflation.

Sir, if demand increases then company produces more goods or services and then employment increases and when employment increases then more employee spend and it causes increase in inflation. But sir we know that increasing of employment is good for an economy then why it seems increasing in employment causes inflation???
That’s why economists say that some inflation is necessary for the development but excessive inflation is harmful

Actually, I was looking on comment section to prove my confusion. Finally, I got it :-)
I think there is no need of confusion. Obviously, raising wages of the workers more than their productivity will push up the cost of production and lead the producer to raise prices of their products.
[If anyone think from the angle of Demand pull inflation, raising wages of workers will increase the demand for goods and services.] Is it correct? Definitely, I aren't agree because it might not be the element of demand pull inflation.
I could be wrong so, I expect something from you too.🙏
