Except that Hearn didn't stop it, especially he is not even Joshua's manager so has next to no say on things like that and was not the main promoter either.
Fury at no stage wanted the fight and so set a list of terms that he did not expect Joshua to agree to so that he could then tell the gullible that Joshua was ducking him. Yet when Joshua called his bluff and agreed, Fury called it off due to unrealistic deadlines to finalise the finer details, despite Joshua agreeing to the three or four main ones Fury set.
Fury was already in the process of making the Chisora III fight that not many really wants to see, while at the same time conning the gullible regarding the Joshua fight falling through. And where was the ridiculous deadline for Chisora?
