@ShaneDouglas713 - As far as I know, It was on EX mode and in Option Plus Menu I changed Enemy to 'PLUS' mode. So perhaps that did something. I believe I had everything unlocked in this save file so not quite sure since it has been a while since I played this game.

@At-px6rm - Simply put, Tekken is more technical. The first 2 were not that much but still Offers More Punch/Kick based Moves that don't involve Fireball, Hadokens or Supers. Street Fighter Has all kinds of Jumping, Fireballs, Hadoukens and Super Moves.
@reiven5 • I tend to mess around a bit in my playthroughs especially with the Teabagging the opponents 😈. Blair was a hidden Character in the Original version of Street Fighter EX for the Arcade as far as I remember but later versions especially the PS1 Version she was part of the standard Roster.
