F/A-18C JSOW PP Mode Tutorial Multi-Target (8 total)

- This is a guide for the JSOW AGM-154C Pre-planned mode which can be used in the latest open beta of DCS as of June 15th, 2019. The longest part is inputting all the coordinates but I show you how to enter coordinates and launch 8 JSOW's at 8 different targets.
I forgot to arm the EFUZ to INST so please make sure you do that as well.

Glad I find this. I didn't know how to manage 8 JSOWs. Had to work with waypoint sadly. Now I learnt the proper way.

Nice demonstration. I prefer the TOO Mode with precise waypoints. Typing goes much faster this way (you can type each target coords in a single run - the elevation feet setting is remembered). The best thing is you can now carry 8x GBU-38 (with the rackets) - the GBU-38 can't be destroyed by SA-15 defence (the JSOWs can).

what about doing targets on the F10 map and doing R-Alt + Shift +8 and all the targets get transferred to the aircraft as targets? This works on the Harrier.
I prefer the D.I.L.I.H. mode.

Ahhh that’s what I was missing, you have to hit pp2 every drop after you cycle through the pp1 stations 🤦🏽♂️

How do you get 8 digit coordinates ? Those last 2 digits where do you get them from ? I'm breaking my head over this
LALT Y changes the coordinates type in the f10 map, look for the one that has coordinates like I'm putting in. Let me know if you found it

Quick question - when I get to the mission page there is no "STEP" option available for me where the OSB butt is, it's blank in that position, do you know if I'm missing a step or a bug is out?
Love the tutorial, most other people spend way too long chatting about nothing.
There's been a change in procedure with the latest open beta. I wish I could find it for you right now but im in the process of moving and don't have my PC readily available

How are you getting the accurate coordinates from the F10 map? My F10 map only has Degrees Minutes and Seconds you need the decimal seconds for the JSOW.
Lalt Y changes the coordinate type
Shoulda used A variant for those cluster action
This was made well before that was available
Would be great if you will make a tutorial about how dropping two JDAMs on each station (4 or 8 bombs in total) using TGP in TOO mode. thx

How to do when the target is not on the F10 map! :)
I made the mistake of making them static objects so you would have to open it in the mission editor to view the waypoints. But you can use the same principle if the f10 map allowed coordinates to be copied
So how are you getting the seconds added to Lat Lon ? don’t see it on MGRS - F10 map . Askin for my mother n law
