Is that Wandle trail in the background? It looks like Wandle trail in Mitcham

Hey David, i used to have vortex Talon binoculars 10*42 which i paid $400 for and decided to return them to get a cheaper pair instead after 1 month. I replaced them with Bushnell Legend L series also 10*42. for $190. They are also lighter. Now 3 years laters, i can say that the Bushnell miss the magic that the vortex had. The main difference is the vortex glass let more light through, the colors were more vibrant and saturated and the second difference probably difficult to notice initially is the Bushnell lenses and occulars axis are not as perfectly aligned between left and right eye. No matter how you tweak them, it never feels like you're hitting the right setting. But then they're cost half the price and are certainly not half as bad. Still, i probably should have kept the vortex. That Leica model is probably as good as the Vortex.
