Wow, thank you. THAT is a remarkable observation. Well said. So very well said. Cops will tell you that they are the front line. And I tell you they are nothing more than office receptionists with guns. They "sit out front" when customer come up and face the public. They don't know what goes on behind the main partition. Heck we see over and over how their very next level supervisor is armed with far more training and know the law much better than the average gang member riding our streets. But even then the next level adult supervision doesn't know enough, doesn't know what is needed. I believe the cops on the street are at the pre-school level or knowing what they need to know. The next level supervisor is maybe at first grade level. But only knows how to navigate the hallways. None of these gang members pays enough attention to the law to understand what they are doing wrong. And their bosses don't care. Police leadership just want quiet and not boat rocking. They don't care if all the civil rights of all the citizens are violated, just as long as they keep getting paid and there is no riot.

From what I researched, fundamental rights do apply in US territories. However it’s not clear exactly which rights apply.I imagine basics like free speech and free religion would. But is free press one of them?
Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory, so its relationship to the Constitution is complicated. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that some, but not all, constitutional rights apply to U.S. territories. For example, residents of Puerto Rico have the right to trial by jury, due process, and equal protection. But they don't have the right to vote in U.S. presidential elections. So there's definitely a gray area when it comes to the Constitution and Puerto Rico.
In Puerto Rico the laws change as frequently as the weather. Depending on whom it benefits. Due to the fact that there is no REAL government oversight. That’s the reason our mayors and governors are ALWAYS involved in criminal cases. As soon as something goes down that doesn’t benefit them, they implement a law or ordinance that only they can overturn.
I think you also made a big mistake not to state the Federal law that allows him to film. They can get away with not being aware of it even if they say that not knowning the law is not an excuse.
But the auditor did make multiple references to the first amendment of the USA. By the way, the "Seccion 4 de La Constitucion de Puerto Rico" is almost identical to the first amendment of USA. That demonstrates how you can tell that they're qualified to be police. "Can't read", walks up to the door says right on it "Pull", And he pushes it.😂😂
I appreciate what you do buddy. But.. in PR many people like us end up suspiciously dead, with no one ever being investigated. Keep on keepin on my friend.
There used to be standards for police officers. Like being able to run down more than a donut. Being able to manhandle someone(strength). A certain size (no 100# weaklings, sorry ladies), knowledge of the first Amendment (watch an old episode of the Kolchak The Night Stalker, Hollywood knew our rights back then) and knowledge of the basic laws. But now that Hollywood is liberal you don't see Miranda rights in tv and movies anymore. Which means less and less people know them. Makes you wonder if something shady is going on behind the scenes. People uneducated on their rights are easier to manipulate and control.
Name one conservative who fights for individual rights?, the only part of the constitution they believe in is the 2nd amendment. The rest, they have absolutely no use for, because it doesn’t fit their twisted agenda!

I loved the people of Puerto Rico when I was there and the area is absolutely gorgeous and the food is phenomenal!
Spent 15 days there last month.
The sheep will spend its entire life fearing the coyote, Only to be eaten by the sheepherder...
Policía de PR eduquen a los oficiales ese edificio es público y no privado no jueguen con la contestación americana.
You did great brother 👍🇺🇸✌️
In Puerto Rico this is the only law that pertains to videotape that is illegal.
§ 4807. Illegal recording of images
Any person who without legal justification or without a legitimate investigative purpose uses electronic or digital video equipment, with or without audio, to conduct secret surveillance in private places in which persons are under the expectation of privacy shall incur a fourth degree felony.
@@dee5105 he not guitlty of shit the the rights law say no law maty turmpa re right lrian it fool

This is wrong! We can secretly record ANY Village, Town, City, County, State, or Federal public official! Whether it is without their acknowledgement or not!
Supreme Court already overruled that Even in a 2nd Party consent state you can still record any public official with or without their acknowledgement or permission...
People vs Clark 2014 IL 1097190
People vs. Melongo 2014 IL 114852
And the Constitution Trumps them all, as ANYTHING REPUGNANT to the CONSTITUTION is NULL & VOID!
When they say it's a privacy issue, you should ask if you can be there naked. Since you are entitled to privacy there, that should not be an issue.
Maybe it’s time to sue the San Juan police?
This shit was so funny. Listening to you make fart noises when you tried to communicate them was the funniest video I've seen in awhile. 😂 Calling them stupid. Great content
Imagine being a dick that you actually believe that a white person going to a US territory like Puerto Rico and believe that English is the first Language when I’m fact it’s not Spanish is the first language and there’s nothing funny about a white person trying to disrespect the people of my homeland
@@dee5105 Most pigs, regardless of geography have the mental acuity of three year olds, so you have to treat them like three year olds to get anywhere.
Poor knowledge of laws. While in Iraq, my Soldier who was a cop in PR told me how corrupt and useless the police in that country were. I’m Latino and this how the overwhelming majority of police are all over Latin America. There’re a few cops that are good and professional and I wish them well.
That demonstrates how you can tell that they're qualified to be police. "Can't read", walks up to the door says right on it "Pull", And he pushes it.😂😂
THY ALSO PUT (R) AND (L) ON THE RUBBER GLOVES THEY WEAR. ( R ) FOR THE RIGHT HAND AND ( L) FOR THE LEFT HAND.
Yo bro, be CAREFUL down there... they don't play by the same rules.. watch your back!
I cant beleive how much they break the law and get away with it
I thought you were in North Korea until they started speaking Spanish.
No clue !
PR is an epic location for your audit!
4:58 thank you for sharing your movement/tactics
People are getting sick of them not knowing the laws. Much respect 🙏👏
Posing as public servants…. Acting arrogant, condescending, disrespectful, and they are dangerous!!
Dumb down dangerous order followers!! Our number one challenge worldwide! If these folks didn’t get brainwashed in the academy, most of our woes would disappear because they would not go against their moral compass!
Morning 🌞 love your videos watching from Orlando Florida

In Puerto Rico, English language classes are offered from 1st grade to university degree and they do not know how to say no, good afternoon in English.🤦🏻♂️
You left they won
What would've you done 🤔 I'll wait to see your video 🙄
The battery on your camera must have died, I missed what happened between you reading the complaint form and the cop showing up.
@@dee5105 interesting how this auditor, nor any loyal follower commented and or questioned that huge gap in the story, especially after the banner across the screen saying "it escalates quickly after this."
So being a ego driven tyrant knows no boundaries from country to country .. and it appears that Puerto Rico has a large supply of doughnuts!
Next time sued them on federal court. Federal Court.
That grey car that turned into the police station couldn’t be a cop because he used his blinker.
