They are changing the swing states as we speak. Democratic Party has been trying to pool votes in major blue states and cities by changing district lines for the past couple years.
Votes being given to deceased and their ballots being picked up by government officials to vote for them. Also there have been pamphlets given out at the border telling illegally immigrants if they vote for Biden they can come into the country and get all these benefits.
