I very strongly relate to being anxious for HOURS that 1) I’m having an allergic reaction or my bigger fear 2) that I’ve been poisoned lol. Honestly though being on lexapro has helped me not care at all. That’s the only advice I have 😂

Have y'all heard of silicone menstrual cups and discs? They are the best! Everyone's body is unique, so no judgement, but I hope everyone gives them a chance! Also, glad I'm not the only one who forgets menstrual products up there at the end of my cycle. Haha
Okay I know this is late but I also had an awful period last month and I have an iud and have never gotten a period on jt before except for last month… maybe there was something going on🤨🤨
