Grime first scene: Foreboding evil monster toad.
Grime last scene: Everyone's favorite goofy one armed toad uncle.
Grime still has my favorite transformation in the show it's such a huge change but still very fluid!!!

The BFFs picture symbolizes something a lot:
The old picture has a tear, not close to being torn apart. But that also means they still have problems within themselves and how damaging their friendship can become. Sasha is at the middle because she wants to be the center of it, the leader too.
The new picture is all clear and fresh, as if their friendship has been mended and fixed. Making a new start. Anne is at the center while her friends are looking at her proudly.
Also if you tear the picture from the cut it shows marcy out of the photo showing that she probably moved regardless (and that she got stab)

Also the BFF written, in the first it's in the very middle, very big right by the side of the heart, and it has two exclamation points
But in the second it's small, on the side and the heart is far from the word. But both are still there!
That shows that even tho they might be apart in some instances they are always gonna be there for each other, best friends *forever*
Also sasha’s smile is noticeably more real.
Can we please talk about the fact that the sign for Anne's exhibit says "Get Lost in Amphibia"? She didn't just start working as an herpetologist, she actually named the whole exhibit after Amphibia.

I know she even made a little wart wood for the frogs, a toad tower for the toads, a newttopia for the newts, and even an olm city for the olms
The toad in the toad sign also looks like Grime.

At some point I knew that Amphibia would end but it still makes me sad that it has ended, but I am very happy to have known this series. Amphibia as well as the owl house made me resume my taste for animated series, since I had stopped watching them many years ago, they have made me feel very happy all this time. I will miss Amphibia very much, thank you Matt for creating such a good and memorable series and also the fandom. *Until the next adventure*

I’ve been a fan of amphibia since the first episode premiered and seeing the show slowly develop into this masterpiece that everyone loves is truly amazing. No other show will be able to fill the hole in my heart that amphibia will leave now that it's over but I'm glad that Matt got to finish the story. Amphibia is definitely one of my top 5 favorite cartoons ever.

It's cool. The government can clean that up, and the Plantars also made sure to make them docile.
It took over a year for Disney+ to release season 3 but I have FINALLY been able to finish the show now. That bittersweet ending was emotionally damaging. Definitely one of the BEST animated shows I've ever seen
in the end Marcy was right and ended up giving everyone the great adventure of their lives...
no calm down marcy did an orrible thing she litteraly kidnapped anne and sasha for an entire year just cause she didn't want to move on. don't get me wrong, I love her and I have understood her, but she shouldn't have done this

I'm glad I touched upon this show this year. I wish I had watched it earlier, but better late then never right?
The show was truly spectacular! It felt so impactful to those who have grown up and have to accept the world is changing all around them. We all must eventually move to the future in our lives and make change to who we are.
This show has taught us a lot of life lessons which we will use in out lives for a longtime.
I am forever grateful to know that this show existed at a time where i wasn't able to find anything interesting to watch before watching this.
We are blessed to know this journey was possible because of us fans.

i mean she kind of was? not intentionally and she did grow as a person and all but she did do some toxic things (getting them trapped in amphibia, even if she didnt know it would work)

A lot of the first and last scenes have parallels for the characters, showing development in some cases. Here’s a few I noticed watching the first parts of the video
Marcy and Sasha both have their first and last scene together, behind Anne
Yunan’s first and last scenes are her at least starting her little speech
This isn’t a part of the video, but I just realized that Olivia and Yunan’s first on screen interaction was Olivia stopping Yunan from continuing her title listing in True Colors, and their last scene together Olivia interrupts Yunan again
Anne’s parents first are so happy to reunite with Anne, and their last scene is parting with Anne again, but knowing that she’ll do whatever it takes to get home to them, as long as it doesn’t put others in danger
Honestly, I was a little sad when it ended but then I realized that the lesson from the show was to except change so I did, I'm now actually kind of excited to see a new Maybe even more awesome TV show in the future that's for 6-12 year-olds that I will totally love and I hope that u (whoever the heck you are you cool ass cinnamon roll person) will find a new better show 2 , I heard a few months ago that some1 who made gravity falls might make a new show and I can't wait 2 see whatever the hell it is, and from what we learned from amphibia and the owl house (I love that show too #savetheowlhouse ) it will be *Q U A L I T Y* anyway thx if u read dis entire boring ass paragraph of me loving cartoons, goodnight :D

If you compare the first and last of the most of the characters you'll see that they have grown so much, mostly Anne, Sasha, Mercy, Sprig, Polly, Grime, Olivia and Andrias oh and I forgot to mention Olivia and Hop-Pop 🥺😭🤧❣️❤️💕✨

About 2 weeks after amphibia started, I watched the first episode and here I am on the last one. The ending hit me so hard I cried. It’s so sad to see a truly amazing show go down with the other ones. When Anne said her goodbyes to the planters, I cried so much. This was the only Disney show I grew in and loved for not taking the fantasy in the wrong turn! Thank you Matt for making my childhood so interesting.

Since flashbacks are counting, doesn't Mrs Boonchuy appear much earlier in the show? She has some off-screen lines, but is also seen in a Newtopia episode when Anne remembers wanting Thai food but her mum only gives her baby carrots and trail mix? And there's the one where Anne is playing in the kitchen as a toddler and Mrs B gets super angry? I could be wrong, though.

the animation improvement is the best part of this video, honestly
I stumbled onto amphibia when my brother introduced to it. I thought oh cool another animated series similar to Phineas and Ferb. Then I watched more eps and I realized this had an actual story plot to it and it was crazy when my brother had explained to me. I didn't watch often like my brother did so now finding out it ended really shocks me to say the least.

When you think about it, in the hardest thing, Anne’s parents FaceTimed Anne from amphibia in all in. and since spring got anne’s phone he can FaceTime Anne and her parents and everyone else on earth, so they can still see each other just not in person.

i think the great thing about amphibia is that it kept to a theme and expanded on it. usually when making "isekai", you cram as much fantasy as you can into it, but amphibia strictly stuck to, well, amphibian varieties and animals we associate with this sort of wetland wildlife ecosystem, while also expanding on it (like technologically advanced newts, mind control mushrooms, barbaric toads!!). man, i love it.
also, the characters are so memorable! everyone in wartwood is easily recognizable, for example. even if you dont like them, you'd at least recognize them.

I remember first watching Amphibia just before school went out. When I got home, me and my brother watched the first episode, and a few together, but the rest was by ourselves. During the summer, Amphibia ended up being my very favorite show. When Amphibia ended, I was really sad because I loved that show like the fandom loves Marcy.
I don't know if anyone noticed but I love how the style changed a little bit in the story and improved in the first bff's picture to the second one, I think it's wholesome 🛐

You know it’s not like this HAS to be the end… Earth has developed a (mostly) working portal system entirely independent of the music box (a feat even amphibia at its peak never got around to), so the ultimate hurdle left is the issue of the power supply. I could imagine in the future that earth works out the kinks and hook it up to the most potent power supply humanity has developed yet (at _least_ a nuclear reactor) by then.

I’m so sad that Amphibia had finished and I had so many tears when I first saw the final episode now Anne Marcy and Sasha continue their journey without the Frogs the Toads and the Newts and the show may have ended but it’s a new beginning for Anne Sasha and Marcy and a new beginning for everyone in Amphibia
If The Owl House has a similar ending to Amphibia it honestly would be really sad if Luz and Amity never see each other again
