    That's one of the best builds I've seen. Clean, good space with the bed and the fold up bed and pull out bed is perfect.

    Thanks for taking the time to do this. Assisting people like myself wanting to do similar project. Cycling ( road ) and kayaking for me. One night , two at most. Cheers

    I was going to go down the overkill build but your way seems so much user friendly, thanks and more van ones please.

    Love the fold down bed idea, forgive me but I will be copying that idea, possibly the most practical kangoo version I've seen, I don't need room for a bike but a fold down kitchen surface would work for me

    Awesome, well done fella, great build. I'm looking to buy a van and do something very similar...possibly having a basin too space depending

    Watched this and went and bought a Kangoo to do exactly the same thing, those bulkhead bolts are a nightmare! Thanks for the inspiration, from one mtb'er to another! Cheers

      @@TrailRiderMTB would you recommend the insulation you used? Would you change anything again?

    • @TrailRiderMTB
      @TrailRiderMTB  3 роки тому +1

      Guess it depends on your usage. For the amount I'll sleep in it (once every month or two over summer) then yeah! But a long term solution where you'll be using it on a regular basis you may want to have a look around just incase there's better suggestions!

    I like what you did with the bed, foldable seems more efficient! Great work!

    Great vid. I was looking for some inspiration for a fold down bed instead of a pull out as I will need space for 2 x bikes. I will modify your design by cutting into the folding bed and removing some wood (bed slat) to make it lighter for fuel consumption and to circulate air under the mattress.

    How did you mount the replacement wheel arch?

    Hi we are looking at a Fiat Doblo. My wives bike is 1.6m long with front wheel out. I know this is going to be very tight. Did you gain much added from with removing the bulkhead. Im thinking im going to have to the same. Is just the curve that shortens the length it seems. I wondered if you gain much we removing it. Thanks.
