As a Texan, I can confirm our weather is SUPER weird so I'm so happy to be able to have the weather widget on my lock screen so that I don't need to OPEN my phone at school to know if it'll be rainy because that's how my old phone broke-
yeahhhh it’s a struggle sometimes but this feature is really helpful!😅

I have three different lock screen pages. The first one is, the wallpaper I had before the iOS 16 update. The second one is, the weather wallpaper so it changes between day and night which is cool. On that wallpaper above the time, I have it set to read the date as Thursday, September 15 for the widgets I have; the weather and calendar (I like seeing my work schedule at a quick glance from my calendar). The third wallpaper is, a sleep focus page. The wallpaper is a solid blue color with the date above the time and three widgets. The widgets on the sleep focus page are; the calendar, alarm clock, and battery of my apple watch. I am sure I'll make more focus pages but those are what I have right now that I really like.
ok wait i love the idea of a sleep lock screen connected with a sleep focus! i’m gonna have to make one for myself!😄💕

i just uploaded today instead of saturday cause ios 16 came out today :)
I’m so sad. My Live Photo doesn’t play anymore. I spent so much time making an edit for my Lock Screen and now it doesn’t play as far as I know :( also very confusing but I’ll get used to it. I’m probably going to keep mine the same at the moment but Glad to have options! I just wish we could save the way our apps, shortcuts and widgets were on the Home Screen too so I don’t just have to delete them when I redo it! Hope this happens in the future 😂
wait really?! i haven’t checked the live photo thing but i’m sorry. yeah the update isn’t for everyone but i’m pretty sure you can still keep your widgets, apps, and shortcuts the same 💕

Can you get iOS 16 on iPhone 7
For some reason my edit Lock Screen stopped working all of a sudden. It was fine yesterday but today when I held down nothing happened and it’s still not working right now. Has this happened to anyone else?

Is there anyway to not have to pair it with home screen?
i think each custom lock screen has to be paired with a home screen however you can set the same home screen back ground for each lock screen (hope that makes since) 😅
everytime i try to make my home screen and click add it doesn’t even let me click it . 🤦🏾♀️
