Love the canvas quote in the background! I recently did this tag also and loved it glad you decided to do it also! Hope you have a great year this coming up year and have no behavior problems or at least nothing compared to your 5th year!
Thanks! I got it as part of a fund raiser for a friend going on a mission trip. She did a beautiful job. AND THANK YOU! I hope this coming year is the best yet. I've heard great things about this incoming 6th grade class, so I have high hopes. The good news is I actually had about 27 of them in 5th grade for reading, so I know that at least 27 are some of the sweetest humans I've ever met.
Right now I'm in school for Secondary Education History with a minor in Second English Language Learning. I was debating between English and history for my main subject to focus on, but I decided that I want to get credential in English once I finish my program. Any advice of how to do that successfully? Also what bilingual program did you do?
If you decided that you want to get an English credential when you finish your BA I highly recommend that you major in English. It will be helpful, plus it will make passing the teacher exams for that subject easier. Consider minoring in History. Is that a possibility for you? If you live in California, you may even qualify for "Subject Matter Competency" which means you do not have to take the CSET in the area that you majored in. For instance, I majored in Social Science and didn't have the take the Social Science CSET because my BA proved I was competent in that subject area, but I did have to take the CSET in English/Language Arts because I didn't major in it, even though I had an MA in Language and Literacy. AND I did the BMED (Bilingual Multicultural Credential Program) at Sacramento State University, but I believe the program is no longer active because the College of Education changed the way that they do their credential programs. However, I do know that such programs still exist, so research the College of Education for whatever University you are interested in attending for your credential. They may have one too!
If my Communication (SPCH) 100 instructor would ever watch your video he will definitely deduct points from your grade for so-called speech fillers:) However, he died of "busted belly", almost like a main character from Inherit the Wind play.
Hey! Awesome job with the video, it was fun and creative. Just coming here to show some love. Can't wait to see more, if you have some extra time do you mind checking out my channel?

I took Coms 100 in college too! I really enjoyed that class. I am sorry to hear about your professor though, that sounds terrible! Have a nice day.
