IN LOVING MEMORY OF TERRY TONKIN

He was born George Edward Terence Crahart but known to all by his adopted name TERRY TONKIN. Made St Ives' 7th (and last to date) Honorary Freeman in 2014, his enormous contribution to the town was celebrated at Fore Street Methodist Church by a service redolent of his Welsh roots and love of Cornwall.
Family and friends then gathered at The Loft restaurant, an area which was part of Pudding Bag Lane until its demolition in 1935. Terry's beloved wife Catherine passed away in December 2022 • A CELEBRATION OF LIFE ...
