I think 60 is more accurate or near to accurate, 91 can be considered high bpm in resting condition.
the bpm hrs are a complete scam, doctors check bp by compressing your artery which is a blood vessel, and these watches dont even put much pressure and also the main artery running in ur hand ( radial artery ) is below ur wrist... the heart rate sensor is actually like a pulse oximeter, pulse shows ur heartbeat, it can be felt strongly only at specific sites even theres pulse which is weak at other areas... so the thing is... the whole exercise and health thing in smartwatches are a complete tragedy and people still believe them and waste their money... hope this is helpful to someone who doesn't know about human body

actually the 500rs watch doesn't have sensor it's just light whereas smartwatch has real heart rate sensor
