Marriage in India has to be registered as per Hindu Marriage Act or Special Marriages Act to be issued a marriage certificate. Such certificate will not be denied by any visa officer. Any Arya Samaj etc kinda certificate is not legally admissible.

Nope, In past plenty of applications refused even married partner had marriage certificate and registered as per HMA/SMA ..
