Hey, ActionKid..your videos inspired me to take my own walking tour of Manhattan, yesterday. I walked from Times Square to 14th St. Union Square. The barricades on 42nd St. were there because of a Black Lives Matter rally further uptown. When I got to 34th St.and saw Macy's boarded up, I almost cried, it was so sad to see..Macy's was my favorite department store since I was a kid, way back in the days. Hopefully now that we are starting to re-open, the city will soon return to some sort of normalcy. Thanks for the inspiration and keep up the good work. 💚

I’m enjoying these videos showing how much of New York City hasn’t opened. It’s pretty much what I expected to be honest. I haven’t been on the train since January and even though they’re cleaning it nightly I’m still skeptical about riding it. I do like the fact that it isn’t crowded so that’s a good thing, maybe I could travel to Brooklyn to see my grandmother.
I did always wonder what u looked like! Good to see who was making these interesting narrative videos...much better than voiceless boring videos of a city. Good to hear your tips for places to eat and things to see. 😀
UYa if I could turn 2020 into a merry-go-round I would be screaming at the top of my lungs, "Stop the merry-go-round I want to get off !" But I also cling to the somewhat comforting thought "This too shall pass [someday]".
Wish we can visit New York again,and always stay for couple days 🙏🙏🙏 love their food, we always stop by in Korean town to have lunch , breakfast in Pret Manger, caffe Benne , or other private join caffe , dinner sometimes in wasabi or Japanese restaurants, shopping in Muji 😁, or Soho, stop by Wayan restaurant for another lunch, walk around in Italian village or Chinatown 🙏🙏🙏keep up good work, Action Kid , you're the man 👏👏👏👍👍👍😁😁😁
I am not surprised at all, I expected this. The Hotel I stay in opened back up, still, look at the rest of NYC, closed and empty. No reason, what so ever to visit NYC now, or the next several months. Tourist from other Countries, flying in like sardines, doubtful. I'm unwillingly to jump a train or plane to visit. The Virus! WoW! When I left out of NYC the day after Thanksgiving, I would have never thought. I was mulling over my next visit, well, that didn't happen.

nyc has NOT REOPENED small parts have opened but much is still closed mostly for the rest of summer

If ppl can work from home they should. Why waste money and resources getting back and forth for no reason?
My buildings elevator is restricted to only 2 people per elevator.the buses are restricted to 20 passengers per bus.

They could’ve blocked it off to prevent looting or damage to the screens, it’s possible the cops where a secret police aswell
