Investing in Dubai has been considered as an expensive affair - but in this video I will explain that it's not that expensive as everyone thinks and afraid of. We have a lot of options where the investment can be as little as 100 AED, which is best for expats who do not want to invest back home for any reason OR they want to diversify while living in the UAE. This video is for everyone living in the UAE plus, anyone interested from the GCC countries to invest in the UAE and many options mentioned in the video are also applicable to people in Pakistan!

I bought a flat in Ajman in 2008 for AED 300k. At the time of purchasing they did not disclose that I have to bear some additional costs apart from flat price. These are FEWA connection charges and Sewerage connection charges. These come out to be around 30k. Which I have to pay now. The present worth of flat is only 100k and nobody is ready to buy it. That means more than 70% fall in price. I have to pay 5000 AED annually for maintenance charges to the building maintenance company ( lifts and common area lights and cleaning and other facilities in the building) + i have to bear the flat internal repairs such as AC, sanitary and plumbing costs. It is rented for annual rent AED 10000 only. That means it has become a big liability on me instead of becoming an asset. I shall advise all expatriates to think many times before buying a property here
I buy on monthly basis and would invest a fixed amount in this stock even at this level

No issues, but we need to see the trend for the company you are investing in - sometimes, the gold rates are not same as solid gold. So we need to check the long term trend.

I will try to find something, but the best thing you can do with small amount is sell your skill to begin with as any physical business in the UAE will required certain minimum investment and time.

@@Knight_2024 this was a very valid question and I managed to buy National Bonds without any visa of UAE. I have also purchased a 3 room apartment in JVC Dubai and just a few days back I am shifted to Dubai on investor visa. My question was not crazy but your reply was really idiotic.

yes, safe it is - but you know the best of the best banks come with risks - so nothing is 100%
Minimum investment is I believe 500 AED.
Sir you always suggesting investment for longer periods specially in stocks, so how we can get maximum benefits from sarwa as they are also investing in stocks and different other portfolio.I already open account to invest with sarwa but i am still confuse either i can invest for short period of time as i am planning to start my own business.
Start investing slowly and gradually with Sarwa - Keep a fixed amount on monthly basis and understand the market before even thinking about investing directly in the stocks.

See, for 200k AED, you can get a bare minimum apartment in international city. However, I don't recommend that - I would prefer if that's the case, to mortgage and use 200k for downpayment.

I invested in Ajman city in 2008 Altitude Tower Karachi developer and as usually developer disappeared and I lost thousands of AED. No credibility and honesty there same scammers

Dear, 500k AED loss in stocks is not easy - you must have done some major blunder. If you follow my channel - you will never be able to loose such kind of money specially in stocks. As far as property market is concern - I don't think any apartment is empty right now - only thing is that you might have to adjust the rent accordingly.
