Although, it's true hat RTX 3060 have higher vram than Arc A750 but, vram is not all that matters! Almost all other specs of Arc is better than 3060 and at a lower cost. So, the best gpu will be Intel Arc A750 :) And after the latest driver update the performance of Arc A750 has boosted 40%. Obviously, the ray tracing performance will be better in RTX 3060, but if you plan not to use ray tracing often Arc A750 is a much better choise and again, we'll be getting AV1 codec with Arc which is a very good additional thing.

8GB is not future-proof because very soon, very heavy games won't support 8GB RAM at all and there are already many great games that can't run smoothly with just 8GB RAM. On my Gaming PC which I'll get very soon, I will include 16GB RAM and 1TB NVMe Gen4 storage.
