Transformation Church is being transformed into the world. Praying that someone they trust can talk to them about this. We all fall but we can’t ignore this.
It has been like that for a long time, but too many who profess to be Christian don't want simply God's Word like a sick person wants to feel better, a person with a hungry stomach wants food. They want a spoonful of God's Word with a bowl of sugar.

Yet, mega church pastors can teach blasphemy after blasphemy, peddle pressure people to give thousands or millions a year to their church so they can do all the miracles Jesus did or be healed or loved ones healed of diseases like Cancer and then thousands or millions that sent in money to be able to command waves to obey or any of the stuff Jesus did doesn't happen or the healing promises of they will be healed on earth in their present life doesn't happen and they get to continue going a year after year decades promoting promises they can't guarantee, special knowledge that they act like God gave them that you have to pay a lot of money to receive cause the Bible and God with us isn't enough for wisdom, but they won't be honest and admit that they believe that way or that they care more about money than making disciples who uphold and teach the Bible not their opinions or what they think sells more. These mega church prosperity teaching wolves are treated like they are the Beatles, Jackson 5, Michael Jackson, Elvis, Madonna, Garth Brooks, Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Michael Phelps, Steven Speilberg, every famous person who has ever broken a record, directed or acted in a movie that made half a billion dollars or more, every fanous person who has ever won a gold medal, won many grammy's or has written songs that ten to twenty years or longer people that loved it when they first heard it that decades later still love to hear it. All these people act like they are the best of the best of Christianity of Bible preaching and like they are worth being showered half a million dollars or more every year to spend on their own lusts.
I'm in debt, but I know my God is able and he will deliver. The stress has been putting a toil in my health but in my suffering I still give thanks to Him.

Because of transformation church, I’ve been so much more grateful for what I do have and not worried of what I don’t. Because I am learning to MANAGE what god has already given me. Me and my three kids have added a prayer pastor Todd said a few weeks back to our nightly prayer routine I was able to give 10% of my check to my mother to use or to save so when god speaks to me what to do with it I will have it. My mother is the only woman who has always supported me mentally and financially, so it’s amazing to be able to give that to her.

I’ve never heard this story and thought so deeply about it. After hearing it as a child, I did believe it, and it was comparable to any happy ending story I’ve read. I’m grateful for this message as it has reminded me to apply all of Jesus’ teachings to my life and not over focus on the parts that had/could feel condemning to me
I know a lot of people ignore any sermon that pastor Mike didn't do but it's about what God has to say. This was the message I needed to answer all my questions . Now I understand how to get the bread rather than just pray for it. I always pray bless me so I can bless others and I finally understand the steps I needed to take.

@@Eve_Eden All I ever hear from this church is based off of the Bible and scripture, just because they do it in a fun way and make people especially the younger generation actually want to listen and understand using visual teaching there doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with that. There’s different ways to teach and different ways people will retain teaching. It doesn’t all have to be serious and straight forward. Michael Todd preaches straight from the Bible and backs up everything he says with scripture. Why only preach on one topic when there’s so many things people go through on a daily basis. You can’t just preach Jesus died on the cross for our sins and then just expect people to come to God. Obviously that’s very important but every single series he preaches helps people in one way or another whether it’s expressing God’s love, getting through hardship, breaking generational poverty(this series), relationship goals, God doesn’t just want one thing for us he wants us to go out and help others he wants us to have great relationships he wants us to be happy and motivated and to do great things with our gifts which requires a lot more sermons and messages than just focusing on Jesus died for us. That’s a huge part of it, but not the only thing.

I have defended many questionable things about this church, but the Easter service has opened my eyes. This church puts so much emphasis on being aesthetic/theatrical that the message gets lost. Nothing wrong with church plays, but I don’t know what that was. The clips alone were very uncomfortable to watch. I think the church needs a new pastor because it is not okay. Michael Todd seems lost and I pray he finds his way, but the lost cannot lead the lost.

hey @@keithpace9870, I would argue that putting the image of our loving Jesus stripped and humiliated in the mind of someone who may view strippers as an object of lust is actually a very helpful replacement tool. If so, I can give examples from the Bible to reference people of faith and giving in action. One is King David, who wanted to build a place for the Spirit of God to dwell with the people. God told him his desire is good, but it will be his son, Solomon instead who will build it. King David, rather than fuss, complain, or argue, used his riches to gather stuff that the temple will need according to God's expectations. King David gave much if not most of what he had to aquire a lot for Solomon for him and those he would hire to build it to use. He gave generously for it in confidence that his son, Solomon, would make sure it would get built. Another example of people of faith is giving in action. The church in the book of Acts gave to those in lack. People gave generously and unbegrudgingly as if the Lord Jesus could return tomorrow. Pastor wants to talk about giving? How about teaching from those examples, and if he did, why add the unnecessary stuff. Why say we don't make it rain for strippers....? That is a right way to live to not dump money out for strippers to strip. I don't look for strippers or porn stars to give money to in person or to cash app them. I shouldn't have to announce that, though, to Christians. That should be expected of me. If you read an earlier post, I do think I mentioned Jesus was indeed stripped and disgraced. If I didn't before then, i just said it in this post. It doesn't mean I should use the slang lingo of the only stripper I make it rain for is the one who stripped himself.....on the cross. Pastor wants to say he gives to the Lord. Why not just say everything I have belongs to the Lord, and one of the ways i worship him is through my giving. Hundreds of years before Michael Todd, Pastor Ross, Joel Osteen, Rick Warren, Karl Lentz, Steven Furtick, T.D Jakes and Benny Hinn to name a few were ever born there wasn't so many churches like there is today and I use churches loosely that rely on a number of things they use today. There wasn't all this reliance on Pastor has to say something of shock value to get people to keep coming. There wasn't the pastor who had to say something catchy, then turn it into a song on stage. There wasn't pastors thinking this is a good idea, let's bring a secular music artist to perform at our church. There wasn't when pulley systems were created to lift people or objects up to think hey, let's lift so and so up or Pastor going I want to be hooked up and I want to swing through the crowd. There wasn't church like the so-called church of the Glades, who mixes Hollywood with church. There wasn't I bet you half as many people judging a Pastor isn't annointed or annointed enough unless they are speaking in an unknown jibberish language or it wasn't a deal breaker of whether or not to go to that church by so many Christians like it is today. Bible literally has in it mentioned oh adulterous generation, who asks for a sign. Too many Christians talk to me for instance of not to judge or I am judgemental yet literally treat certain people as if they are a King or Queen if they talk like these Word of faith people talk or if they lay hands on people and they go screaming or doing crazy stuff or threatening the one supposedly declaring over them. If I had a million dollars to give and I attended Transformation Church for example and I gave a million dollars to the church and the Pastor announced, my name that I gave a million dollars away to the church I bet half the people or more who would never of otherwise said hello to me when I showed up there would then before i left would want to talk to me and more people would want to get to know me. Why is it if I believe Christians including myself should strive to hold to certain standards when it comes to how we worship God, how we treat others, and how we treat God's Word, it seems to be to many Christians okay to judge me negatively or look down on me, yet when so called Pastors mix Hollywood movie themes, secular music, ungodly terms like stripper, water down the Gospel, water down the word sin and or repentance that is treated as okay as long as they believe they have good intentions? If I was seen alone with a kid at church trying to share maybe scripture with the kid, or do something nice to provide encouragement and a complete stranger who doesn't know me saw it and couldn't tell what I was doing but knew that wasn't my child. They would judge me as someone to mark and avoid. They would tell the Pastor on me. They wouldn't stop to ask me what I was doing or to assume I have pure motives if I do something Christians think is questionable it is perfectly okay for them to judge my heart and motives. If a Christian confronts other Christians with the truth that what their Pastor did was inappropriate and unbiblical the Pastor gets away with it freely even by Christians whom don't even attend their church and they call that loving or godliness.

These mega church prosperity teaching wolves are treated like they are the Beatles, Jackson 5, Michael Jackson, Elvis, Madonna, Garth Brooks, Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Michael Phelps, Steven Speilberg, every famous person who has ever broken a record, directed or acted in a movie that made half a billion dollars or more, every fanous person who has ever won a gold medal, won many grammy's or has written songs that ten to twenty years or longer people that loved it when they first heard it that decades later still love to hear it. All these people act like they are the best of the best of Christianity of Bible preaching and like they are worth being showered half a million dollars or more every year to spend on their own lusts.

Because of transformation church, I’ve been so much more grateful for what I do have and not worried of what I don’t. Because I am learning to MANAGE what god has already given me. Me and my three kids have added a prayer pastor Todd said a few weeks back to our nightly prayer routine I was able to give 10% of my check to my mother to use or to save so when god speaks to me what to do with it I will have it. My mother is the only woman who has always supported me mentally and financially, so it’s amazing to be able to give that to her.

#1 - In the description it states, "...We are called to get money...". Where is the verse for this? Lev. 11:44 says we are CALLED TO HOLINESS. 1 Peter 1:15-16 also calls us to be holy, as He is holy, 2 timoty 1:9 says He called us to live a holy life. Where are we called to "get money"?

#3 - Jesus called us to do greater works, and our works will blow what Jesus did "...out of the water..."?? the greater works does not mean we will better things than He did. What can be a greater work than what He did on the cross? Instead, greater means greater in volume. Jesus did his work around Jerusalem and surrounding areas. The greater works we do extend to the entire world. Acts 1:8
#4 - Tim says, "the miracle didn't happen in the MASTER'S hands, it happened in the DISCIPLES' hands...". Using the NLT, verse 16 says "Jesus took the five loaves and two fish...he [Jesus}] kept giving the bread and fish to the disciples..." The miracles most certainly did happen in Jesus' hands.
I'll stop here...I think you get my point. Study the scriptures to make sure your pastor isn't twisting them.

Growing up hearing the love of money is the root of all evil. Installed a fear in my heart. This series opens up my eyes and heart to how god uses the money to take care of his own and also bless others. I’ve never heard this story and thought so deeply about it. After hearing it as a child, I did believe it, and it was comparable to any happy ending story I’ve read. I’m grateful for this message as it has reminded me to apply all of Jesus’ teachings to my life and not over focus on the parts that had/could feel condemning to me

I know a lot of people ignore any sermon that pastor Mike didn't do but it's about what God has to say. This was the message I needed to answer all my questions . @@Eve_Eden All I ever hear from this church is based off of the Bible and scripture, just because they do it in a fun way and make people especially the younger generation actually want to listen and understand using visual teaching there doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with that. There’s different ways to teach and different ways people will retain teaching. It doesn’t all have to be serious and straight forward. Michael Todd preaches straight from the Bible and backs up everything he says with scripture. Why only preach on one topic when there’s so many things people go through on a daily basis. You can’t just preach Jesus died on the cross for our sins and then just expect people to come to God. Obviously that’s very important but every single series he preaches helps people in one way or another whether it’s expressing God’s love, getting through hardship, breaking generational poverty(this series), relationship goals, God doesn’t just want one thing for us he wants us to go out and help others he wants us to have great relationships he wants us to be happy and motivated and to do great things with our gifts which requires a lot more sermons and messages than just focusing on Jesus died for us. That’s a huge part of it, but not the only thing.

I have defended many questionable things about this church, but the Easter service has opened my eyes. This church puts so much emphasis on being aesthetic/theatrical that the message gets lost. Nothing wrong with church plays, but I don’t know what that was. The clips alone were very uncomfortable to watch. I think the church needs a new pastor because it is not okay. Michael Todd seems lost and I pray he finds his way, but the lost cannot lead the lost.

If so, I can give examples from the Bible to reference people of faith and giving in action. One is King David, who wanted to build a place for the Spirit of God to dwell with the people. God told him his desire is good, but it will be his son, Solomon instead who will build it. King David, rather than fuss, complain, or argue, used his riches to gather stuff that the temple will need according to God's expectations. King David gave much if not most of what he had to aquire a lot for Solomon for him and those he would hire to build it to use. He gave generously for it in confidence that his son, Solomon, would make sure it would get built. Another example of people of faith is giving in action. The church in the book of Acts gave to those in lack. People gave generously and unbegrudgingly as if the Lord Jesus could return tomorrow. Pastor wants to talk about giving? How about teaching from those examples, and if he did, why add the unnecessary stuff. Why say we don't make it rain for strippers....? That is a right way to live to not dump money out for strippers to strip. I don't look for strippers or porn stars to give money to in person or to cash app them. I shouldn't have to announce that, though, to Christians. That should be expected of me. If you read an earlier post, I do think I mentioned Jesus was indeed stripped and disgraced. If I didn't before then, i just said it in this post. It doesn't mean I should use the slang lingo of the only stripper I make it rain for is the one who stripped himself.....on the cross. Pastor wants to say he gives to the Lord. Why not just say everything I have belongs to the Lord, and one of the ways i worship him is through my giving. Hundreds of years before Michael Todd, Pastor Ross, Joel Osteen, Rick Warren, Karl Lentz, Steven Furtick, T.D Jakes and Benny Hinn to name a few were ever born there wasn't so many churches like there is today and I use churches loosely that rely on a number of things they use today. There wasn't all this reliance on Pastor has to say something of shock value to get people to keep coming. There wasn't the pastor who had to say something catchy, then turn it into a song on stage. There wasn't pastors thinking this is a good idea, let's bring a secular music artist to perform at our church. There wasn't when pulley systems were created to lift people or objects up to think hey, let's lift so and so up or Pastor going I want to be hooked up and I want to swing through the crowd. There wasn't church like the so-called church of the Glades, who mixes Hollywood with church. There wasn't I bet you half as many people judging a Pastor isn't annointed or annointed enough unless they are speaking in an unknown jibberish language or it wasn't a deal breaker of whether or not to go to that church by so many Christians like it is today. Bible literally has in it mentioned oh adulterous generation, who asks for a sign. Too many Christians talk to me for instance of not to judge or I am judgemental yet literally treat certain people as if they are a King or Queen if they talk like these Word of faith people talk or if they lay hands on people and they go screaming or doing crazy stuff or threatening the one supposedly declaring over them. If I had a million dollars to give and I attended Transformation Church for example and I gave a million dollars to the church and the Pastor announced, my name that I gave a million dollars away to the church I bet half the people or more who would never of otherwise said hello to me when I showed up there would then before i left would want to talk to me and more people would want to get to know me. Why is it if I believe Christians including myself should strive to hold to certain standards when it comes to how we worship God, how we treat others, and how we treat God's Word, it seems to be to many Christians okay to judge me negatively or look down on me, yet when so called Pastors mix Hollywood movie themes, secular music, ungodly terms like stripper, water down the Gospel, water down the word sin and or repentance that is treated as okay as long as they believe they have good intentions? If I was seen alone with a kid at church trying to share maybe scripture with the kid, or do something nice to provide encouragement and a complete stranger who doesn't know me saw it and couldn't tell what I was doing but knew that wasn't my child. They would judge me as someone to mark and avoid. They would tell the Pastor on me. They wouldn't stop to ask me what I was doing or to assume I have pure motives if I do something Christians think is questionable it is perfectly okay for them to judge my heart and motives. If a Christian confronts other Christians with the truth that what their Pastor did was inappropriate and unbiblical the Pastor gets away with it freely even by Christians whom don't even attend their church and they call that loving or godliness.
