Ako po ay nakatira sa caloocan na 6 billion lang ang budget pero ramdam na ramdam po namin ang serbisyo ng aming mayor kumpara sa aking lola na nakatira sa QC na sinasabi na wala silang nararamdaman na serbisyo, Ako ay nagtataka sa 19 billion na budget ng QC kung saan nila dinadala. And if you are pertaining to state universities even the mayor has no power to convert a school into a state university immediately because the institution of higher learning should past an act to congress first, and before they do that the CHED should accredit first the school, and according to them state Univ they must have at least 8 degree programs, min of 3 government licensure courses and finally at least 2 courses going to graduate program.

This is an appropriate way to move them into safety. Are the container homes available for them now? If not yet, why not design a park-like community for these container homes, so that sewage is taking care of and garbage pick-up can be scheduled routinely. These homes must be hoked-up to a fully functional sewage drainage and water supply for clean cooking and drinking. You know what a park is like, right? Get with the construction people to start on this project now! This is a fairly simple project to finish-they don’t have to build the container homes, but to level off land, only. That’s it! be blessed.
