It should consist as per below:
Ground floor- Half parking and remaing house should be duplex until 1st floor.
GF should consist of Big hall, 1Bedroom with attach Bathroom, Dining hall and kitchen and 1 common Toilet.

I love all of it but I have 1 doubt, it would be helpful if you could suggest. since the region where we live faces frequent earthquakes is the bottom part with just pillars to support all the heavy tiles and 4 floors above enough?
Hello Cristina. As a general rule is the heavier the building, the more susceptible it is to earthquakes, so a construction method that reduces the weight of the building is more appropriate. Also the "walls" on the ground floor/ parking area are dimensioned to be shear walls. These are specifically the walls at the back, at the rear corners, around the staircase and within the parking lot are all shear walls. Shear walls are seismic force resisting walls and extend from the foundation to the last floor. For example these would be made of reinforced concrete for seismic zones like the Philippines, Gabon or New Zealand. We opted for the numerous shear walls so that the pillars would remain as narrow as possible to allow cars park easily while offering the structural support required. Please let me know whether this explanation was clear and sufficient. Thanks again for your interest in the design.

I would like to see, 5 terraced, one bedroom apartments on a sloping lot. Lot is facing North opposite a beach. With a small one car road between lot and the water. Road along bottom of the hill connecting to road on the west side of the lot. Another lot on east. Church wall at south of lot.

@@DPROdesigns Hi. I thought it was posted. Ok. 88ft wide (across at top of the hill) and 176ft length (sloping from top of the hill to lowest portion of the hill). I'm not sure of the height of the hill. It's a work out if you walk it.

What will be the total cost of construction
Hello Joseph Jiffin. The cost is relative to the type of ground (rocky, soft, sandy, etc), the construction method employed, the type of finishes (simple vs luxury) and the location of construction in the world (different countries have different building requirements). So its impossible to offer an accurate construction figure until a number of questions are answered. But if you live in East Africa (West & Central Africa too) then the cost of construction is approx. USD 216,000 for moderate finishes and a typical ground conditions, construction method and amenities.

Not this particular design. There is no space for one though with a slightly wider plot (minimum 70ft) you can have one installed and slightly more spacious room

Oh yes this is actually a challenge we face with many of our designs. In the light of saving space we usually make some sacrifice. Please share ideas of how we can make this better. Thanks for the feedback
