Ceddy memang born to be a host la. I love love. No matter who the guests are , he always managed to bring everyone together and make it so fun. 2 jam pun i dengar sampai habis. I really appreciate this kind of podcast, fun and giving at the same time, bukan sembang kosong. Natasha is a very good negotiator for me, as I have dealt with selfish negotiator before so listening to Natasha, I believe she has a lot of knowledge and the way she educates is very giving. Insomniacs also very kelakar doh haha I can't stop laughing but I believe they've learnt something too and at some point I think their perspective also changed throughout the podcast. Ceddy you're really awesome, I like how you can mingle with every guest. This podcast is 10/10. 🫶🏻
my parents salary was rm500 as teachers back in the 80's but our terrece house was only rm20k only. my parents household income was rm1000. with that they can save rm200, they can clear the house loan in 8-9 years. now day avarage salary is rm2500(rm2250 after deduction). if both couple work. how much can they put aside? with terrece house price should be rm200k. with Job situation became more demanding that might require you to move around and salary stagnantion it doesnt make sense to buy house. Eventually house buble in malaysia will burst. the only one can afford are foreigners. Most houses sold recently would be own by singaporeans. Malaysia "My 2nd home" program allow foreigners to own house. the additional capital tax doesnt help

Net Balance & Chil kena ada buat show tentang jenis2 loan rumah. Basic loan, semi-flexi loan and Full Flexi Loan. Dan juga ttg extra principal payment utk kurangkan impak dan term/tenure loan.

Yes..I bought my 1st house age around 24 and now 29 i got new offer with very higher offer than now.terpaksa tolak sbb renovation cost semua..funiture semua..i need to start from 0 back..so myb rezeki org lain kalau tolak😢..kalau tak beli rumah..property price sekarang macam x masuk akal woi..

this show making a serious topic a fun one!!! loving this kind of content, laughing my ass off the whole way and I learn a lot too 🤣. I always had a perception of owning a free hold house early soo i could do whatever i wanted (renovating & etc) with the land when i got older but having an option of renting, opens a lot of doors to be explored like maybe investing money in business venture or in a good investment index. Thank you ceddy, natasha, datuk dan and iskandar for making a meaningful yet insightful video like this
