There should be a separate bench to clear the pending cases. The cases of national importance like CAA, UCC, and high-profile corruption cases should be prioritised. The low-profile cases should also be taken up by a separate bench. The Rogue lawyers' licences who support anti-nationals and corruption must be cancelled.
Every mortal human being passes through birth, growth, death and like wise passes through alternate good and bad periods (fast / slow, hot/ cool kind of a thing) as per the nine planetary positions as per the individual horoscope. There is urgent need to address ambiguity on appointments of judges by collegium system every one should know how judges gets appointed who decide on their lives,but sadly like every other CJI chandrachud sir has also ignored this because we all know everyone resist change within.
