I don't use them as much as I used to because of the ease of cups but really they're pretty great. I need to make sure it's a mod-heavy day so insertion is easy, but besides that, they work the same. These in particular are made from this silky cotton material instead of the yarn-like ones I've seen - that helps texture-wise.
