80's Saturday Morning Commercials - 2 HRS (Almost! 221 commercials)

- 1 hour and 48 minutes of 221 seperate commercials. These 80's & 90's commercials were all dubbed from VHS tapes. I'm sorry for the low quality on em, but these were all encoded back in the early days of the intarweb, and are a never-ending stream of Low Quality MPEG 1 goodness. Enjoy... or don't... you know, whatever... There are some major volume issues as these were all recorded at different times, and tape speeds, and vcrs, so you are warned about the potential volume issues.
Strange how little these commercials meant to me as a kid, yet still had their advertising effect on me and never would have thought I'd be nearly 40 and watching these with anticipation. lol.

Charles Talley I hear ya. 2016 can suck my ass, I miss the 80s (90s too). It's funny that as the tech gets better, I just find myself using it to check out the past. I watch these type vids, play old nintendo emulators and what not.

I'm born in 1978 so I remember almost all of the 80s. These commercials are still ingrained in my memories as if it was yesterday. "After these messages we'll be right back!" O-R-E-O with the kid doing the bmx trick at the end... I remember it all!
i was born in 1980 and i would give almost anything to go back and live in the 80's again!! People always tell me it's because i was a kid but my parents were in their 20's in the 1980's and say it was a great time for them too. Its a weird feeling of joy and sadness at the same time watching these commercials...i turned 37 yesterday but for the next few hours i will be 8 years old while i watch these😄
Michael Ford it's funny you said that cuz I'm 37 years old I turned 37 a couple of months ago and my parents tell me the same thing the 80s were awesome to be parents but as kids what a time to be a kid I wish I had a time machine and we can all go back and relive the 80s !!!!!!! Me and my sister always talk about our childhood the 80s were just great!!!!
Anthony Price Jr yeah man!!! I have 3 younger brothers born 82, 85 and 90. We always talk about our childhoods when we get together. We all still live close to eachother and i still have my original Nintendo hooked up in the garage and we try to get together at least once a summer and play it for hours. It really transports us back to a simpler time. Those were the best days for kids no doubt!!!

That's so cool to be able to share these with them! It was so much more innocent back then and the toys were great: Rainbow Brite, Masters of the Universe, Gi Joe and all those cartoons!!

Yep me too, the 13 incher was just fine though! I was so happy just to have my own tv so i didn't have to watch Murder She Wrote. When MASH came on it was bedtime!
Jesse from Vegas! wow you really took me back with the 13in Kmart black and white TV with the homemade wire hanger for an antenna in back and two knobs in front lol...those were really and truly the good Ole days.
The 80's Christmas commercials are what gets me feeling nostalgic. Takes me back to my childhood excitement when these commercials would air knowing Christmas was soon.

Kids shows were mainly there to advertise. I'm a 90's kid, but even I can admit kid's cartoon are getting better nowadays.

RIP Rainbow Brite cereal!! This stuff was so good that I miss it til this day!!! So many awesome things happened in the eighties!! I love that I got to be an eighties kid!!! Sometimes I would love to go back to relive some of my favorite times and get to see my grandparents again!! Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season!!!

I was a kid in the 80s. Loved it. Interesting to think that from the 90s on, there haven't been any radical changes in style. 60s-80s while looking back seems goofy, it's because things were really out there each decade.
I pay for Netflix, Hulu, HBO Now, Vudu and the Starz app, but for some reason, I spend most of my time watching these classic commercials on UA-cam. So sad.

Thanks for posting this. But can anyone tell me they saw a commercial for these cops and robbers plushy/stuffed animals? It had the absolute creepiest music, and I think the commercials only ran like twice maybe that I ever saw. But they haunted me forever after, but I cannot for the life of me find the commercials again. Had toy animals getting caught in lights in an alleyway by the cop animals.

Oh how I'd love to go back in time to the nearest 'Toys R Us' and buy all of the rare toys worth money today. Such as the Star Wars figures, GI Joes, even the Atari is worth a TON of money if it's brand new and unopened. Same with nintendo and some of the games.
Despite All My Rage only if we knew then what we know now smh...the transformers in the box unopened is worth so much now....and back then it cost little or nothing. we just didn't know

That ATARI commercial brought back memories. My mother made the mistake of putting the presents under the tree a week early...........well when she was at work I would unwrap what I knew was an Atari play it for about 2 hours a day then rewrap it and put it under the tree everyday before she got home! lol. I was 10 or 11 now im fortyfuckinsix!!

I hate those Fruity and Cocoa Pebbles cereal commercials, just as if I hate Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble all the time. This includes that stupid Freshen Up gum commercial I hate all the time, for real big time. However I do not see any Jean Nate commercials.
