I have had maybe 10 black and blue french onion soups with Princess, and what you had appeared to have very little gooey cheese compared to what's normally served. It looked more like blue cheese curds.
At least in the US, the difference between a T-Bone steak and a porterhouse is that porterhouse has a larger tenderloin (filet mignon) section. What you were served looks more like a t-bone, since the tenderloin section was quite small.
Hi. Having very similar as you had. The soup could not believe the rubbish -[I've been a chef for 40 yours] but I had a fillet Mignon [which was not as we present in Australia] the same effect in presentation and sweets were okay. Only complaint I very had with Princess having 6 cruises with them. In the same experience , had complimentry bottle wine, requested a soft drinks replacement what a effort to change. Sorry Princess you have got this one wrong. Never again to the Steak House.
Your server was very knowledgeable. The soup looked amazing....I have never heard of that soup til your presentation. Im glad you enjoyed.
Thank you yes he was amazing and so was the soup the whole meal was fantastic cheers Pete

Your steak you had, out here in Australia 🇦🇺 we call it a T Bone Steak and the portohouse steak we have as a steak with no bone in it at all
