Champagne d'Argent rabbits are available in Canada. There is a breeder on Vancouver Island and there must be others - do a Duck Duck Go search :)

No. Thats the point of conserving the breed.

Maybe back in the day they had good temperament but I ha e 4 and they are not social and very temperamental.
