She knew she was hurt before coming on board and was just bad-mouthing "Bob" before she got injured, so this is on her! Then "Bob" was nice enough to try and help her.

Hip dislocations are not something to play around with. You don’t pop that into place and keep it moving. Just look what happened to Bo Jackson if you wanna see what can happen when you mess around with a hip dislocation.
An injured person like that is a liability on deck. She could barely walk, how is she going to protect herself from waves, pots, and everything else out there?
I dislocated my shoulder and I kept working I just babied it for a week or two. But when I blew out my knee I was at home for almost 3 months. Sure I was supposed to be off of it for six weeks I started doing housework a week and a half in because I can't sit around and I got sick and tired of microwave dinners. I see both sides of that argument and agree if she CAN get back on deck she should but if she needs a little more time to heal then let her
How reckless are you if you have had a hip dislocation a few days ago were the doc told you to get surgery ASAP. You dont jump on a fishing boat with one of the hardes fysical work you can find. Its slipery and you get thrown around like a sack of potatos. Of course her hip will get smashed every second she spends on the deck. Now she is a liability for everyone because she cant work. If she cant get her hip in place they need to drive home and guess what, NO MONEY FOR ANYONE!!!

Star deckhand is now someone who can only do 20% of the job.
Is he the only one who can steer the ship? You think he would have taught his daughter the basics so she can heal up and she can work on the deck.

"this is the real world" says the guy sitting in a chair while the people risk their lives
You don't just start the job at the wheel. That man had to earn that spot. Any one who has actually worked on a boat for a living knows that.
@@chrispena979 You say that but here we watch nepotism grant a fast track to a young woman (and she gets hurt in the process)
