Harry Grant gets 10 in the bin for that soft, but the MMA armbar/chicken wing tackle on SJ that injures him doesn't even get a penalty?
Hahaha facts. I hope the dog didn’t do it on purpose cause he knew he was suffering there as well
Yep I was yellin at the TV as usual
Yeah those armbars should be outlawed..
that should of been a bin but SJ was injured well before that
Braith the NRL is consistent at being inconsistent
lol…. NRL is the princess game. Next… players wont be allowed to make eye contact with the kicker…
😂😂😂 fr bro
😂😂😂😂
As a Storm supporter, I think the Sharks wanted it more and Storm were lukewarm. I was pretty disappointed with them in fact, but there’s no getting around the fact that losing HG for that ten minutes cost the Storm a converted try.
What actually cost them the game was a stupid mistake made by Harry Grant, which gave away a penalty that led to a drop goal, followed by a stupid hail Mary pass that gave the Sharks their final points to ice it.
So, even AFTER this ‘turning point’, the Storm could still have won the game, but as I said, the Sharks wanted it more.
As was said in the after-match presser by Bellyache and Grant; You take what comes and get on with the game.
That changed the game. We were well and truly ontop of the game at thay point.
Umpire should get the sack
Adapt, as others have to in similar circumstances
You sound like a sharkies fan coping the ref gave you game
@@Lourens551 Well you would be wrong then, you must barrack for the Storm, happens to other clubs, i didn't condone the sin bin, i said deal with it and adapt, suck it up princess and move on
What, 10 in the bin! For what walking into someone’s leg after they kick. If he left his feet, diving directly smashing into his leg definitely but WTF!
Sweet, people can now kick players and the kicked player is sin binned... well done NRL... your rule changes are keeping up with some of the changes being made in society that make 95% of people scratch their heads wondering WTF is going on.
Hazleton is the best prop in the world right now
The dominant male
6:17 hahahaha that was gold Gordy !
I turned of the TV after that happened It was an absolute joke. Maybe they should be playing tag
Well over the weekend the foot wasn’t touching the ball when rolled under the legs so yes it is touch!
The basic rules of the game have gone out the window!
Don't let the door hit you on the way out 😆
I can't remember who did it, maybe Teddy, tripped a Storm player earlier in the season, 0 punishment on field, 0 punishment off it, when Munny got sin binned In a GF for tripping someone and now we see this rubbish. I'm not even sure the NRL know what direction they want the game to go in
Mate if u think the roosters get the fair rub of the green u are lost...
Gordon Tallis hates the storm I think
Intent and outcomes shouldn't be a factor in deciding penalties. Its the actions themselves and the severity of those actions i.e. force and speed, that should be deciding factors.
So the kicker can no long be put under pressure and taking a dive is being rewarded, seems like dejavu , remember the crusher tackle bs that was going on and terrifying the bunker . It's worse than embarrassing these nrl beurocrats are destroying the game
Adam Gee and Grant Atkins should be suspended. This call was just disgusting, but to go to the judiciary? Come on!!
Forget the kickers, I want a Dan Ginnane “GOODBYE!” Montage.
It's match fixing, there needs to be a royal commission into the NRL.
As long as it's mainly the Storm copping the howlers, who cares 😂
I am sick of hearing mr monday on Mondays to say we got it wrong the rules need to be re written
Nrl should be careful and see the replay again before making stupid decisions like this in future games.
This ref knows what he's like, learnt all the sneak plays from C.Smith. knows what he's doing but #actsdumb .... Off you go for 10.
Gordon wouldn't have played many games with his contact.
Are we going to talk about the “slap” on Tom?
At this rate the NRL might as well just become Oz Tag
Good luck trying to get those Muppets to find some common sense. Two possibly three in the bunker one on field and not a single sense between the lot. Freddy said he was in the bunker at the time and agreed with the call. LMFAO it's a no wonder he's no longer coach of the Blues.
to have consistency it has to be black and white, if it’s not black and white then it becomes based on the injury, but if it’s black and white then players start to milk it like what we’ve seen these last few weeks. it’s a lose lose situation. i wouldn’t say it’s the game going soft it’s more trying to stop these serious injuries.
A massive scalp 1 beating 2.
Does this mean it should be illegal for a kicker to dummy a kick?
How’s James Graham got the best rugby league dribble out of anyone in the game. Fair play to him 👍
Nrl has gone soft!!!!
It stopped being a game a while ago. Its a business, from 2020 this has gone downhill each season and its become woke
@@onredalert1definitely agree mate. What makes me laugh the ones that complain are the ones that never played the game
Why are they kicking from the front line? Stand back behind the play like they always have and kick from there!
When oh when will something go the way of the Storm?
They will be running around in ballet 🩰 shoes & pink Tootoos soon, im 70 years old officials have destroyed this beautiful game, I had enough
I think Braith said it all when he called Harry "one of our biggest stars" like that should be a factor in the send off. Being good doesn't make you a protected species.
10 mins probably was too much in the eyes of most fans, but it's not like he, the captain doesn't know the rules.
Yeah you're right and the ref is right there, maybe it looked deliberate to him
The game is trying to grow internationally as a tough mans sport and we have rules like the one that got Grant sin binned..
The game wont grow its going to die with its over policing of a tough hard full contact running game.
You have injuries in any contact sport be in MMA, Boxing, Karate,Judo etc but you play the sport still and accept the risks because you love the sport.
This is about one thing only with the NRL and that is liability..
Life time fan of the game. I’ll turn it off if that’s the way it’s going
braith is blind. nikorima doesn't go for the leg arms are up going for the ball. ruling states can't attack the kicking leg none of these have been attacking the leg. they need to reword the rule to make no contact then. james graham thank god has common sense and he is 100% right. the schinder one looked worse because he jumps as moses does which isn't a natural movement. frizell broke metcalfs tibia from a tackle. buzz is right too, if there's consistency and black and white then no one will have a problem. even the aloai one wasn't a sin bin or penalty.
Kikau charges down kicks and puts pressure on kickers all the time..never touches them…
Good. These dumb calls happen to other teams week on week out, it's about time it happens to the storm. But when it does we better jump up and down
What about the dolphins game Tom getting a slap ?
I reckon he tried to kick Harry!!😂😂
NRL 360 REALLY what would they all know they all said a done Deal for the Big Dope Fififta going to the Panthers look how that worked out.
Why aren’t you talking about the tripping at the weekend.
It happened twice and these guys stay on the pitch. BS
Guys are rolling the ball between their legs without it touching the foot.
Let’s get real so much is being left to slide and you’re worried about this!
The game is a joke at the moment!
Iam not sharks or storm fan, it should be 10 in the bin, when Harry Grant contacts the leg from front on viewing, you see the strain on the kickers inner thigh, Harry could have ripped the muscle of the bone because he is stopping the momentum of the leg and then reversing it, it is extremely dangerous to come into contact with a kickers leg at any time
Go watch soccer mate
Soft AF.
Now they know they can kick from anywhere they need to stop protecting them kick from behind play
In a rugby league players poll an overwhelming 49% of players voted for the Storm as the dirtiest team in the competition.
What happened did the nrl take the nfl rule book after the vegas weekend? roughing the kicker what next roughing then passer? the games been over sanitised for far too long its becoming a joke.
Penalty at best. His hands didn’t come in contact with the kicker
Sin bin all day. Not enough good halves to go around the comp, so the game will be better off the more that they are protected.
If you're trying to protect the player, why isn't tripping a sin bin??? If there's no kick pressure, then the kicker can just keep advancing!!!!
should be a send off
Hazleton is the best prop in this he NRL there I said it
Can't blame the ref's here's is putrid as they are it's the people making the crappy rules and refs have got to do what there told to do even since Ilias's injury they definitely been given a direction to penalise and sin every instance of contact to the legs
Braiths performance as a TV guy is embarrassing
Harry Grant is way too late to make any effort to tackle or charge down and then makes no attempt to avoid contact even taking his eyes off where he is going. It's careless contact and the sin bin sets a new precedent. Yes it was inconsistent with the previous examples this season, but I think they should all be sin bins going forward. If you don't make the tackle or the charge down, your next responsibility is to avoid contacting the kicker. Simple.
Also lay off the argument "it happened at a crucial time" - find me 10 minutes in a game that's not crucial? Yes, sin bins provide an advantage to the other team, that is quite literally the point.
You're soft as jelly. People like you are the reason they'll be playing oztag in 10 years.
The game is getting soft, we can no longer contest a kick... absolutely bull!
Commentators, SFU and don't draw attention, your to commentate on the game, not the refereeing
Gus Gould was right
This is all because of what happened to Ilias
Harry Grant could have stopped running at the leg
Go watch soccer
Nah grub player from a grub team
Have a cry mate
No need to cry over facts 💯 😌
Facts the game gone soft!
Atkinson and bunker should be fired, pathetic
Draw, kicker goes for drop goal to win, all good cant touch the man
Facts! its perthetic
Pleas or pleads? Worst of all time.
Might aswell let the kickers fake the kick and just run through lol its a joke.
The nrl want to ban the kick off they will probably ban that as well 😂
this is what happens when they got rid of the blockers
Bring back blockers??
Uhhh the games slowly getting ruined year by year
He needs to get time off
Absolutely bs
Harry knew exactly what he was doing ,,, just slinged away like he did nothing wrong
Found the Sharks fan
Proud Qlder here who loves Grant. It has to be a penalty. The kicker has to be afforded some protection from a potential career ending injury. Sin bin though? Not for that one.
Piss off Cronulla won fair and square.
Nobody said they didn’t. They outplayed the Storm and I’m a Storm fan, so settle down ffs.
Porch light is off for another 50 years!!!!!
@@BigAl53750 Anasta said they didn't. Piss off translates as super angry to you does it? Noted, I will be more sensitive.
@@user-fe3iv2pu5p They had a massive leg up and the integrity of the game was torn to shreds because of a terrible decision. Storm had their chances to get back in it, but we'll never know if Harry could stop that (rather questionable) try from being scored at the actual part of the field where he is in the line defending....because he was unfairly sin binned at the time.
It's all par for the course though isn't it, a game of rugby league between two sides that are missing important players through injury, that has a handful of bad decisions each way and a game changing error in the middle of it - typical NRL rubbish.
He was found not guilty by the way......which is a straight up admission by the NRL that the decision was incorrect - not that we needed the judiciary to tell us that.
@@loxxovvoxxol2896 I agree it was a stupid decision. NRL kills itself with subjective rules.
