Just upper because you want the super duos easier to push toward the center. You always reinforce the lower after the you connect the upper.

I love your videos but find it difficult to follow when you use two different black beads, ie black super duo and black fire polish. Makes it a bit hard to see. Otherwise your instructions are great. 👍 thank you x
