Can we all take a second to understand that a "wind midair" is nothing at all like a SMM1 midair. A "wind midair" is literally just a shell jump. You hold right, run, and jump, then you release run at the timing that you'd release it for a shell jump(right before the top of your jump). And it works just like that. A SMM1 midair meant running forward while holding the shell, then jumping and right before the top of your jump pressing left, let go of run, then pressing right all extremely quickly with perfect timing. They were 10000x harder than these "wind midairs"

At the end, you only show the end part of the speedrun. For satisfying my senses, i would love to see the full completion of short speedruns (short being a minute max). Wondering what the rest of your viewers think of this. Could you maybe give it a try once? Decided to comment it here, since i hope you read these comments. if you do, you make awesome vids man. i dont even have a switch or mario maker and i watch all of those videos of yours. mad props!
I like that Ryukahr's first finish of the last level he ties, but he is actually slower on his other attempts. He says he tied it both times but the final screen he's .05 seconds slower. Crazy amount of precision to even tie WR.
Somehow I tend to fall asleep when I watch your videos, I don't know why I really enjoy them xD it's just like my body is like oh ryukahr time to sleep

You can no longer do a midair anywhere you want but there are several setups that allow you to make them in specific situations. NSMB wind is one, there's another where you use a sloped ceiling to make some kaizo nonsense happen and there have probably been fifty more discovered while I typed this comment. Just goes to show, no matter what Nintendo takes away there will always be people ridiculously skilled enough to find new ways to do things that should be impossible.
The ending: 2 things that never fails. 1-Get every, but struggle on one part; miss something and master the hard part (19:14). 2-You always beat it on the first try after Game Over. The humanity!!!!😢😢 😂😂😂

I would have thought the laugh sound effect would give the troll away. People make such horrible levels. Made even worse when played in multiplayer. And the crime of mistagging. That was not a speedrun at all. And another mistagged level. Pretty close to getting stepped on there at the end. Spike hitboxes. That is all. Well, one more thing. Ryu's face when he make it on his first attempt at Ryuvenge is great. Thanks for video Ryu.
I'm wondering about two things. First, anyone feels like Ryu is treating excess springs and P Switches as Companion Cubes? And second, why it seems like (at least in Super Expert) SMB 3 and 3D World levels are kinda rare, while SMW and New SMW are the most common?
He went slo mo on Last Chance and I thought for sure that meant he would nail it. Imagine going slo mo in a non comedy movie and failing spectacularly.

Kizaru Kizaru The bricks at 20:07 at the top right are technically coins, because a P-Switch is active. So, there are technically at least 32 coins.
Maybe coins hidden in question blocks makes the game thinks these are optional.
