Olive Nation ROCKS! I use the coconut, banana & pineapple extracts for my rums. Be careful. A couple drops will do the trick... I vote for the Apple/Cinnamin with Apple extract and a dash of the caramel
there are a few of you running those flavorings. it would be cool to see you or someone make a flavoring from scratch and then compare it to these flavorings.
I use the coconut. I have a sour mash goin with coconut sugar. Ill add the coconut to the distillate. I use apple cinnamon in my apple pie. Add it to stove when im doin the juice and cider. The orange cream. I add one packet of orange starburst drink mix. And 20 ml of orange cream. And wow. It reminds me of the popsicles.
I use their Pumpkin Spice for the fall. For this I'd go with the Apple Cinnamon as it should play well with the bready notes after all Apple Butter on toast is one of my favorites
How did this fare? What is the end result? How did you distill it , mine is still bubbling happily, so I’d Like to see what happened further please Ciao
yes i distilled out in pot still came off around 140 proof then proofed down to 80 2 qt. left as is then 2 qt. I flavored did video on that Flavor and Flavoring turned out very tasty and smooth
I tried the olive nation peanut butter flavor in whiskey and it didn't seem to want to combine. It was like oil and vinegar. Maybe I did something wrong?
I have never been able to use those extracts with ONLY the likker and make it taste ok... :( HOWEVER...anytime I make a flavor (say peach) and add the peach extract to it...mmmmMMM IT really is good
Randy! I need some help! I'm going to do a 15-gallon sugar wash. There is just so much disinformation on YouYube. 15-gallons of water, 37 pounds of sugar, 6 oz of yeast nutrient, and 4 oz of daddy yeast. Does that sound right to you? Thank you! Frank, Love your channel!
