  • The great Toyota Higlander now running with in Toyotas greatest hit - its Hybrid system. Not many Hybrid 4WD 7 seater cars out there in this price range. It is a really compelling package with some weird quirks. In general this is a car to buy and enjoy - even with these little problems i mentioned :)
Hope you enjoy and please consider pushing that like and subscribe :)
The Toyota Highlander, also known as the Toyota Kluger (Japanese: トヨタ・クルーガー, Toyota Kurūgā), is a mid-size crossover SUV produced by Toyota.
Announced in April 2000 at the New York International Auto Show and arriving in late 2000 in Japan and January 2001 in North America, the Highlander became one of the first car-based mid-size SUV or mid-size crossovers The Highlander is the crossover counterpart to the more rugged, truck-based mid-size 4Runner and became Toyota's best-selling SUV before being surpassed by the smaller RAV4 in 2006. In Japan, the Kluger was exclusive to dealership network called Toyota NETZ as a larger alternative to the RAV4.
Unable to use the Highlander nameplate in Japan and Australia because of a trademarked trim line name owned by Hyundai, Toyota calls the vehicle the Toyota Kluger in these markets (pronounced Klu-ger). The name is derived from the German word klug, which means smart or clever ("Kluger", written in German with an Ü instead of a U, means "someone who is smarter than another")
The fourth-generation Highlander was unveiled at the New York International Auto Show on 17 April 2019. It is built on GA-K platform. It is offered in five model trims which include the L, LE, XLE, Limited and Platinum. In the United States, the fourth-generation Highlander gasoline model went on sale on 18 December 2019 for the 2020 model year. The hybrid model became available in February 2020. In 2020, for the 2021 model year, the XSE trim was added. The L, LE and XLE trims came with standard LED projector headlights and a standard Toyota Safety Sense 2.5+ for all trims.
In European left-hand-drive markets, the Highlander Hybrid went on sale in January 2021. The V6 engine option is not available here.
The Highlander for the UK market has been available since March 2021, a year later than the US models due to the extensive engineering work for right-hand-drive models,[59] while the Kluger for the Australian market became available on 1 June 2021.
Compared to the previous generation, there is increased cargo room behind the third row and support was added for both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Why don’t right-hand-drive Highlanders get the 12.3 inch infotainment screen that the left-hand-drive ones get, and instead we have to make do with only an 8 inch screen?

Actual price range in baltics is 45-55k€.
Hybrid drive shines if you like silence and dislike gear changes along with noise changes.
Many reviewers say highlander has lexus like comfort level. And all current lexus models are in their generation lifecycle end, dated interiors and drivetrains.
