I live in Seattle WA U.S.A I just retired with a $3,100 a month... I wonder if with that amount in retirement will be enough to live in Lake Chapala?...

Thanks for the comment. So $3,100 is around 60,000 pesos. I'd say yes that will be sufficient to have a nice life style in Mexico. 👍🙂
I'd suggest come and visit the area first to see if it works for you.
How far from US border...could let us know if furnished, if not what they come with.

I will do my best to point you in the right direction regarding a rental property. However, just to be straight with you, we do not manage rentals in the office. I can certainly keep my eyes open for a rental and we have relationships with rental companies in town that can possibly find you some thing that works for you. No worries! Cheers Rich

Thanks so the comment. Gated community's are fairly common in Mexico for Mexicans and foreigners. This was a bit of a shock for me coming from England to be honest. Some people like it, some people don't! I guess its personal preference. Cheers Rich
