As a matter of interest.. does the potatoes in India cook in five minutes, really...in South Africa, it can take minimum 40 minutes, at least... Oven roasted, one hour minimum...🤔🤔🤔

If you want to hasten the process microwave the potatoes depending on amount and then they brown instantly because they are already cooked in microwave...
