What does the checker do?

When some candy falls onto the checker you get to spin the wheel. When it lands on 1, 2 or 3 the lines below the wheel go up. When they reach the top you get the jackpot. Or, the wheel can sometimes land on JP then you get the jackpot prizes straight away
