Gorgeous colors! Hope we get to see/fondle the rabbit yarn you are making! Next mill day? Your nurtured looks great, and the new vest out of Ewetopia will be scrumptious 😁
Lovely support spindle spinning - and your patience in learning a new technique! I’m working on support spindling too and I appreciate your reminder to practice regularly. Thanks, Kim!
Yes! Your Handspun turned out so beautiful! I was rooting for you to ply them together like you did. So pretty! I love the colorway you chose for your vest. It looks really pretty with your eyes!
Yay for your spindle yarn 👏 I totally love the colourful roving you created 💖 We are at the start of a few days of big wind & rain storms, with 20 yos left to lamb- they are probably waiting til the height of the storm tomorrow 😅
Hi , Fibre Friend, I hope you're OK xx ❣️❣️❣️ I've been binge watching your video podcasts and I love them , so have subscribed to your Channel. I appreciate all the information you guve out on the different ways and tools to Spin with. I have the Nano 1.1 and the eWheel 6 plus a very large variety/ collection of Drop Spindles and one Support Spindle. I've only been Spinning since 2021, I have the eWheels has I have severe arthritis in my Spine and problems with my feet. I spin mainly Long Draw as I find it easier, but can still get a fine yarn. The eWheel 6 I use mainly for Art Yarns and fir Plying. I found your trip to the Woollen Mill fascinating. Love the colours of your Fibre 🎉🎉 I hope you have a Wonderful Weekend 🌞🔆 Happy Spinning Fibre Friend 🎡🐑🥰 Take care and stay safe Love and hugs Jen xxxx ( UK) ❤️❤️❤️🫂🫂🫂⚘️⚘️
Hi Jenn! So glad you found me and are enjoying it. Love your wheel selection and how/why you use them. Great e- spinners! So glad I'm providing good info still. Thank you and happy spinning to you!
Hi Kim! I'm trying (and failing) at support spindle spinning. I'm going to get the class you recommended and use your fiber. The stuff I'm working with is drafting weird. It's almost crispy feeling. I think I got it free from someone, so no loss there! Can't wait for my first fiber club delivery! Yay!
I have the same "beanie" bowl for my leg. Are you left or right handed? Do you spin with your dominate hand? So many good tips! Thanks so much for sharing the support spindle spinning.
Great questions! I am right handed. On a wheel I draft with my right hand but for some reason on the supported drafting with my left felt more natural. Now that I'm more comfortable I could likely switch hands. Glad you got some good tips!!! Thank you for watching
