honestly, i do too (due to passive smoking from my family) but please don't...it may help short-term, but it causes far more harm than good long-term. There's always alternatives that don't have nicotine! such as lavender or other herbal tobacco if you feel like you really NEED to.

The feeling of not belonging is a difficult and strange feeling. I do not feel that I belong to the surroundings I am in. I do not feel confident towards any of them as I keep my secrets and plans to myself. I feel that I am different in terms of everything, different in personality and thinking.
They hurt me a lot. I hope to get out of that environment as soon as possible.. But do you know something? Despite what I went through because of them, I love myself and forgive myself for everything. I try to trust myself more. I love myself because I overcame everything bad and was strong for it.
