C Trak offer a range of #Packing #Stations using two tiered #conveyors for easy packing solutions. This application was a repeat order for a #cheese factory using incline belt conveyor going to upper level where it meets another flat belt conveyor with and end stop so no product fall off. #Pick and #Packers take the cheeses off the top level and pack in box and replace on the bottom modular belt conveyor which then joins existing the packing area. All of our conveyors are designed and fabricated in our Leighton Buzzard factory in Bedfordshire just off the M1 in the #UK. This conveyor was fabricated in stainless steel and food grade belting.
