Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder:After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.

This really works. I get into the zone, I feel like I'm completely alone in the world, as if I'm doing my work up in space. It is so calming. Alsoooo, if you are reading this, take a deep breath. Inhale deeply, exhale deeply. Close your eyes and visualise yourself finishing your work, getting the grades you desire, getting to summer and not being worried, visualise what you want, visualise relaxation and hope. It will be okay, you will pass, you have been putting work in, the fact that you chose to listen to this shows you care enough to take the first step to concentrate. You can do it. Say "I can do it." Don't be so hard on yourself, we all hustle, and we all want to be successful, but only those who work hard will get there. It is up to you to see in what end you will be, it is all up to you, and it will always be your choice.

I chose to do this because my anxiety was piling up. These comments really show that there are still good people in the world. Thank you to everyone. Those who are stressed about tests or work, don't worry you will make it through to the end even if you find it hard to find hope, you just need to dig deeper to find it, and it's another obsticle for you to overcome. Although none of us can see the future, and that's what's scary, you can imagine it. Everyone is scared, and nervous you just need to be the brave one and say you can do it. I can't solve your problems for you, and none of us can, but I can promise the people around you, and the people who love you, and support you will promise you won't go through it alone. Welp I'm suffering from depression, my mom died from a heart attack 4 days ago, both my siblings died at a very you age due to medical reasons, my dad left me when I was 9, I been arrested several times for theft, fighting and vandalism, I have no other family to go to so I stay with my old neighbors that hate me, were poor and on top of that next year I have to move out since I will be no longer a kid so I'll end up homeless and problay kill myself in the coming year. Everything's fine.

I'm still a student, and I'm struggling to focus in online class. It isn't the teachers, it isn't the teaching methods, and I don't have a learning disability. I have a tendency to procrastinate, causing a mini panic attack every week because of having a crap-ton of work to do on Friday. This music is helping me focus a bit better, and I thank you for that.
