how much you think the bugged should be to start?
The budget! I believe should be at least $10K to $20K for a couple of cheap cars to start with. But you could get away for a bit less.
Does the class/course has to be taken before or after the application?
Before - you will have to submit proof that you passed the course before you’re able to submit the application.
