If you sell a legendary piece of land and the other person buys it, will it still be legendary?

Great question. I haven't tested this out yet but from what I read, you are not guaranteed to get the same quality land that you are purchasing. I understand that it will be a random draw, just like when you purchase any other parcel. Please let me know if you try this.

What if you want to sell some land that’s no where near you

Currently you have to be able to find it on your screen, within your view. I'm hoping that in a future update they will let you see and manage each parcel owned.

You can only put it up for sale... someone would have to purchase it from you for the sale to go through. There is no auto sell function at this time.
