I've been fighting against fast moving construction vehicles racing through our residential streets which have caused two human deaths and several pet deaths over the last few years and finally managed an "all way stop" at one intersection, however they are still coming. Do you have any viable solutions to share? Very stressful as I see it out of my window and someone was killed just last week (by a heavy load construction vehicle!
